Pro-Families, Inc.

Pro-Families, Inc. is a non-profit that offers a Family Preparedness program that enables parents to protect their children from involuntary custody by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) should the parents become unavailable to care for the children.

We offer parents the option to choose a caretaker (an adult family member, neighbor, or adult sibling, for example) by signing temporary custody documents. Pro-Families’ mission is to prevent avoidable trauma to children when their families face an emergency.
